My husband and I stayed in the Le conte Loft cabin April 25th thru 29th and had an absolutely miserable stay. It was apparently Prom weekend and the resort rented the large cabin behind us to a large group of young people who had a frat party the entire weekend. We made numerous complaints to no avail. We were finally refunded for the 2 nights that we got about 3hrs sleep. I think we should have been refunded the entire stay since we returned home more tired and stressed than we were before our 4 day RELAXING (NOT) vacation in the mountains. We were even told that a manager (Jessica) would stay on site on Saturday night to make sure the party would not happen a 2nd night as we had planned to leave if something was not done about the loud music , horns blowing and yelling that went on all night Friday night. However, Jessica stayed all night at the wrong resort due to a communication error? There were at least 80 to 100 intoxicated young people at the cabin both nights. We were trying to leave the resort Friday to go into Pegion Forge for supper and a large group to the kids were blocking the drive. My husband had to blow the horn to get them to move and then were yelled at by the kids. Someone high up in management needs to look into this situation as your resort has a serious management problem and SECURITY problem. Also your after hours phone service is pathetic!

I took my mom on vacation for 4 days and 3 nights July 12-15 2012. We had a great time! It was beautiful. I like the location because it was not on the main strip, but was minutes from any event we wanted to see or attend.

This was our first time to stay at Cabins of the Smoky Mountains and we were very pleased..the cabins are everything they say they are..the location is convenient to the Gatlinburg strip and easy to find. we had a great time!
