I tried desperately to find reviews regarding cnvp-jewelry.com (main company: Cnvp Gifts Trading Co., Limited.) and I was glad I wasn’t rash in paying for my orders on this website.
Below are some reviews that I found from http://www.sitejabber.com/users/marid1. Please read in discretion as I do not wish to tarnish the image of this company if it is innocent. However, after reading the comments, I am now sure that I won’t want to have anything to do with the company. Besides, all the articles that I found that seem to promote the image of the company are obviously written by ‘accomplices’. It is easy to tell if u have done thorough research on them.

I bought an item from this webstore as their items are all look nice. However when i received it there are items thats way to different from what it shows on the picture from their website. Like their flower earrings, when you look in to their website it looks very very nice but when i received it, the shaped of the petals are really bad you cannot even tell if its a flower and the color lapsed, you cannot even see the lining of the petals because the paint was so bad, and then the other one was the bracelet, it shows the ribbon was big enough when i received it the ribbon was so small. i asked for a refund they say i need to send a picture, so i send the picture to them. They gave me a refund and guess how much? out of $8.00 that i supposed to get back for the 6 items that has damaged and in bad condition, they only refunded me $1.17, you know why? because they say that its repairable and i can repair it... Ok so whats up with that? As a customer and a seller, when a customer go buy to your shop brand new even if how cheap the item is, if it was damage or bad, the seller should either repair it or give back the whole amount for customer satisfaction and not only that, but to gain the trust and confidence of the customer that you really are a good company. Not to mention that it doesnt say that under their return policy, that they will not refund the whole amount if its repairable. for example i paid for item #1 for $1.52 they refunded me for $0.03.....Who's buyer will repair it? No one, if the buyer will repair it, well they will rather buy a new item better than that than to repair it.

So bad experienced... What i advised don't buy ffrom them..... even their item is cheap and you pay cheap remember the money you will pay for them is the money you worked hard for it.... ill rather buy an item that you physically see than an item that you see only from pictures, unless you will buy from a known company..this is what ive learned.

Im a seller and I make sure all my customer are satisfied and if they are not because the item was broken or damaged for some reason, i will send them a new one or refund the whole money. Thats only me, so customer will keep going back to me because they have trust and confidence on my service..

Take my word! unless if you want to experience what i experienced from them.. see it to believe it!

i had a bad experience with them too.. when i place my orders, they have many out of stocks, so i made another order for replacement( my 1st replace order). then again i received another notice for the out of stocks from my 1st replace order...and so sent them another 2nd replace orders..to make story short, had 4 times replaced my orders..then, i have noticed that there were many discrepancies in their calculations as to my remaining balance for the out of stocks.. so i told them to review my items..finally after 3 days of replacing so and so.. , they informed me that my items were already shipped. so i checked the status on my account. i noticed that my other 3 replace order's status was still in process. so i asked them why they sent my package when some items were still in process. they told me, i shouldn't worry coz everything was complete.
when i finally got hold of my package,i was very disappointed. 6 items were missing! and that 6 items were my 2nd and 4th replace orders..tsk tsk tsk
i immediately contacted them thru their live chat but was told to just email my concerns..why's that? until now, got no response from them..they owe me $11.1!!!

Finally, I hope that these help those who are cautious enough to conduct research before trusting any company when dealing with money $_$. Hehe.
