We go the extra mile so you don't have to!; We pride ourselves by ensuring continuity of supply on all our ranges, rather than taking in short-term end of lines.; We provide excellent customer service, sound product advice, and great value.; Our 8-Week Buy Back policy has proved one of the most generous in the industry; it states that we are happy to buy back
up to 25% of any stock line returned within 8 weeks of purchase in a re-saleable condition with the original sales receipt.; We don't offer glossy brochures, pristine showrooms, 'massive' pretend discounts or seconds.

make your selection, rather than pick from a brochure or website.; As we use all our time and energy keeping up with stock availability we are unable to offer a fixing service; but we will happily offer you business cards left by our regular tilers who use our depots.; Thank you for your interest!
