| H2 tags : Western South Dakota Soccer Referee Association along with the South Dakota State referee will be hosting a USSF National Instructor in Rapid City.; Saturday MARCH 24th an all-day clinic will be held. We are working to pin down location at this time. Tentatively time will be from 9am to 5pm with a lunch break.; Last year in Sioux Falls we had over 100 referees take advantage of this opportunity. These are TOP NOTCH National Instructors that we are able to bring in for your continued development. DO NOT miss out on this opportunity to learn from some of the best instruction US Soccer provides.; There is NO FEE to attend this class. If you need to test to recertify for 2012, test date and location will NOT be during this workshop, but at an additional time and location.
