I would'nt recomend that anyone who is serious about the e-commerce of their business to use Eggheaddesign.

Here are my reasons:

1) They profess 100% Uptime in their service level agreement, which is not the case. Multiple down-times with no quick resolution. Longest time it has been down is nearly a week.

2) Weekends. They don't work on weekends or even have a technical contact for this time. Doe's your e-commerce business close at the weekend?

3) No monitoring. I't took my own personal monitors to find when our site was going down at weekends, when I called in the response I received was "We don't work weekends and we don't monitor".

Overall very unhappy with the service, attitude and delayed responses from Eggheaddesign.
