The Hills is back for season 4, and the girls are beginning to make
some big decisions that will set the course for the rest of their
lives.
While Lauren struggles to balance the tension between her roommates,
Audrina and Lo, she starts dating Doug, an old flame from Laguna
Beach. Meanwhile, Brody, Audrina and just about everyone else warn
Lauren not to trust her new friend, Stephanie Pratt (Spencer's
sister). And when Lauren makes a surprising discovery about
Stephanie and Doug, she realizes that her friends might be right.
Just as Audrina thinks it's time to let her boyfriend Justin go and
begins dating Colin, Justin turns up the heat in their relationship,
leaving her torn. Whitney rises up the ranks at People's Revolution
much faster than she expected and meets a model in New York who
could possibly sweep her off her feet. And Heidi deals with the
consequences of moving back in with Spencer, including putting her
job at risk. As if that wasn't enough, Heidi's sister Holly comes
from Colorado for an indefinite visit, putting some serious pressure
on her renewed relationship with Spencer.
During season 4 of The Hills, life in Los Angeles only gets more
complicated as friendships, relationships and loyalties are tested
like never before.
This season, Lauren has more to juggle than ever before. She moved
into a house with her best friends Audrina and Lo, but the two of
them can't seem to get along. With Lauren caught in the middle, it's
up to her to keep the whole situation from falling apart.
Meanwhile, Lauren has started dating Doug, a guy from her home town
of Laguna Beach. He's handsome, charming and wealthy - everything a
girl could ask for. But sometimes you can't just pick up where you
left off, so the two will have to decide where they go from here.
At work, just when Lauren is given more responsibility, someone is
let go at People's Revolution and Whitney and Lauren may be on
separate paths. Lauren also has her hands full with her newest
friend, Stephanie, who happens to be Spencer's sister. Everyone
keeps warning Lauren not to trust Stephanie, but Lauren is
determined to make up her own mind. Will this be the season where
trusting her instincts pays off, or will Stephanie Pratt prove her
wrong?
All of Lauren's friendships are in jeopardy, but if Los Angeles has
taught her anything, it's that good friends are worth fighting for.
Audrina has felt like the odd-girl-out ever since she moved in with
Lo and Lauren. She wants to save her friendship with Lauren, but Lo
is always getting in the way. She also has her hands full with
Justin, who insists that they're in a casual relationship and can
see other people. She puts this to the test when she meets a
handsome model -- and Justin's reaction is something she never
planned on. The big relationships in Audrina's life are facing major
changes. And this season will determine if Audrina gets her way, or
if she winds up on the outside looking in.
Whitney's career at People's Revolution is taking off, but the
responsibilities are also getting more serious. She's got a tough
boss in Kelly Cutrone, but at least Whitney is on her good side --
for now. When a coworker is fired, Whitney is picked to take her
place - but that means jetting back and forth to New York to learn
the next level of the business. Whitney has the talent to make it in
fashion, but does she have the dedication? And when she meets an
exciting new guy, will she be able to keep her personal life from
interfering with her job? Big questions await, but Whitney might
have to face them without the help of Lauren, her longtime partner
in crime.
Heidi has finally decided to let Spencer move back into their
apartment, but soon she'll have even more difficult decisions to
make. After choosing Spencer over work after he stormed her business
trip, Heidi has to deal with her boss. And, as if Heidi didn't have
enough on her plate already, now her sister Holly is moving to Los
Angeles -- and moving in with Heidi and Spencer. Spencer is not too
pleased and promises he'll move out if Holly doesn't first. Putting
her career on hold is one thing, but what will Heidi do when Spencer
comes between her and her family?
Lo is about to graduate from college and enter the working world,
but first she has to take care of business at home. She feels that
Audrina has refused to put any effort into their friendship and
she's not afraid to say so. Lo wants everybody in the house to get
along, but she's also starting to think that she and Audrina will
never find a way to be friends. Maybe they can co-exist in peace - or maybe it's time for one of them to move on.
Ever since she made friends with Lauren, Stephanie has been on thin
ice with her brother Spencer. And inviting Lauren to her birthday
party might be the last straw. Lauren's friends don't trust
Stephanie, and Brody isn't afraid to tell her so to her face.
Stephanie relies on Lauren, who sticks up for her every chance she
gets. But when Stephanie goes after one of Lauren's boys, she
realizes she may have lost her last ally.
Spencer made the big play in Vegas and won Heidi back, but he also
got her in trouble at work and has a lot of making up to do. Just
when he convinces Heidi to move back in and get their lives back on
track, Heidi's sister Holly shows up in LA and moves into their
apartment. Spencer has to find a way to get rid of Holly to save his
sanity and his relationship with Heidi. But Holly's not the only
sister causing trouble. Spencer's own sister, Stephanie, has become
good friends with Lauren and Spencer feels completely betrayed. When
he sees that both he and Lauren have been invited to Stephanie's
birthday party, he plans a surprise for Stephanie, then plans to cut
her out of his life for good. |
