This site claims to offer families legal help. You have 1 of 4 options to call the hotline wait on hold for someone or leave a msg and someone is supposed to call you back,chat live, or send an email. When you call they tell you that you have a wait time of just a few minutes anywhere between 2-10 and you are on hold for nearly half hr maybe longer but the recording still tells you that you are minutes away. It also gives you the option of leaving a voicemail message with your tel. # and someone will get back to and they dont! You try to chat live and it says they have no one available, email they dont respond. How helpful are these people?
