I ordered a repair manual on 10/02/2012 and today is 10/11/12.
I have left several voice mails and have not gotten a return call yet.
BBB rated this company "F" indicating that they have had 6 complaints. All complaints were unresolved because the company did not responsed.
That's poor business. WOW
