Apparently there was only 1 left of what I was able to put 5 in my cart of, so they sent 5 of something else. No apologies, just an offer to accept the return and refund me, minus the "over-ordering fee". Unbelievable.
At the core is a design flaw that allows the ordering of item amounts that aren't there. The rest is serious customer service issues that the owner has.
