I ordered from Zeo Health for the first time and live in the UK. Shipping was exorbitant (), but given their claims, I thought I'd give it a try. When the product finally got to me, I had to pay additional fees which were charged on my side to get it released to me (their website did not mention that a person might have to pay additional fees on their side). The didn't cover those charges, although it obviously didn't cost that much to ship one bottle of pills. When I complained, I was basically told you ordered it, we shipped it, so that's your problem. I was emailing the owner, Micah Portney, and he was so cheap he wouldn't give me a refund for the difference between what it actually cost him to ship the pills and the as a token of goodwill. Neither would he give me a 10% discount, which is a discount they have offered in the past (but apparently weren't offering at that very moment). You would think he would at least do that to keep a first-time customer happy. After this behavior, Portney had the nerve to tell me they had a distributor of his powder in the UK (again, not mentioned on his website). After paying nearly 0 for a bottle of 90 pills and Portney being so cheap, why on earth would he imagine I'd ever give money to him again? Given his behavior, I don't believe his product hype - and after taking the pills for a few days, I know it was certainly NOT worth the money. My opinion is a person could find a less expensive source of zeolite (there are many people who sell this product) if they found a health benefit to taking it (because I found the health claims for his particular product to be exaggerated) and not deal with such lousy customer service or attitude.
