I waited a month and a half for a lower receiver I could not finish. They cut out a chunk were the buffer tube is at instead of doing all of the mil-spec holes. They missed 6 important holes and I was unable to finish it and when I called them the lady was a complete b***h (pardon my french). She immediately turned hostile and finally say "just send it back". After doing so i got an email saying it was received without any reason so I called and she turned hostile again and said I was going to lose 15% which was stated in the terms and conditions. I told her I did not change my mind and that it was incorrectly done and finally she went down to 4% which I still think I should get all my money back but I just never want to talk to her again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
