The quality is very good. However, their customer service is the worst. They had an outlet in New York and Jeffrey is no longer selling their products as well. When I went to Jeffrey this year in New York, they said they do not want to carry their products almost three years. Because it is extremely hard to work with them. I understand why? Let me explain. I learned in a hard way... The first, they inform you that they can ship to anywhere in the world on their website. However,it is not correct. In order to schedule this, the first you should find somebody in the customer service. However, there isn't any single person talks English or try to help you speak French. When I called I tried to talk French using Bing Translator. I probably sent 20 messages, to ask their shipping company in both English and French. Finally I gave up, and found my own freight forwarder. So I called them another round of ten times, and sent numerous emails asking their warehouse adress where my shipping company can pick up my order. Since September 15, no response to me by email or any returning call .I understand why any company does not want to work with Calcea Group in US or Canada. I'm sorry to say it but when you called any manufacturing company or store in China, they call you back immediately or send an email.It is not their main language either. But at least they try to communicate with you, and try to give some service. I understand that when I was calling another country I need to try to talk their language. However, I tried both English and French. How come one person did not return to my emails? At least use bing translator. I did that!!!! What is next ? Run their business for them as well???? At least show some respect and write some response in French. I know how to use Google Translator or Bing Translator. I can translate into English. Even my 5 old son knows how to use it!!!!!!
