This company is a scam, do not buy from them! I saw a review saying that the flowers were never delivered but i figured its only people who get screwed over who write these reviews and that it would not happen to me. WRONG. they are the least professional company i have ever dealt with. Your better off taking your money and throwing it into a wood chipper. They won't deliver on time, they won't deliver at all, or they won't deliver the right things. WORST CANADIAN COMPANY, i am in the process of communicating this to the better business bureau, hopefully they will soon be shut down before too many others lose their money.

I ordered some roses from Cana Flora for my wife for mother's day and it was nothing but trouble. First of all the flowers were is awful shape. They were brown and crushed. My wife did not even put them in a vase as they could not be put on display. I called the store, Rideau Florist, to complain and they said I would hear back form a manager. After a day had gone by I called again and they said I would hear form a manager. At this point I was fed up so I said if I did not hear from them that evening I was calling VISA to file a complaint. I finally heard back and they asked me to send them a picture of the flowers, which I did. They then said I would be refunded in full. Two days later I noticed a credit on my VISA but it was only for half the amount. I have emailed them back many times since then and they responded after a few days to say that they have refunded the difference. Well five days later and I have yet to see the refund on my VISA. This company is a joke and I would never recommend them or buy form them again.

This company didn't do anything right for me and I believe misleads the public. They say they will do your arrangement exactly as seen on the Prairie Florist website but what was delivered looked nothing like what I ordered, and when I wrote them back to complain, both email addresses from Prairie Florist bounced back.

Their service is extremely disappointing and I will never order from them again.

Cana Flora is a terrible company. I ordered from Prairie Florist, a company under Cana Flora that may or may not exist (emails to them bounced back) specifically because the website states, “Our florists will arrange a bouquet of flowers exactly as you ordered from our catalog of flowers on our website or you specified with an order by message or by a call.”

Not so. Not only did the flowers look nothing like the ones I ordered, they had a Safeway florist wrapper on them.

I am terribly disappointed in this company and I do not recommend anyone using them.

Yesterday, July 19, 2012 was my friend's birthday and she was working, so I wanted to send her a surprise at her workplace. I've placed the order early in the morning and paid the extra fee for a "guarateed" delivery before 3:30 pm...Not that the flowers were not delivered by 3:30 pm, they were not delivered AT ALL!!!!
I was very disappointed and finally after I’ve called them this morning and spent ½ hour on the phone, I’ve managed to get my flowers delivered to my friend.
They’ve promised me a discount for all the inconvenience so I’m waiting to see if this is going to happen...
Anyhow, this was my first and last time I’m going to use Chinook Flowers Calgary and I recommend to anyone before using a florist to do a bit of a research about the company. I’ve made the mistake of not reading the reviews before ordering but I’ve learned my lesson.
