CustomsLists.net is a front for an internet criminal scam. They sold me a list purporting to be 2.5 million opted-in UK consumers email addresses. Actually tests show the following. More than half the email addresses sampled so far do not even exist (sample size 10,000 transmitted via Amazon SES nearly 6,000 bounces due to not even existing). More sampling by address verification software which checks amongst other things whether email server even exists, not even whether address exists in the server, shows around half the addresses use non-existent domain names. This can only be because the "list" is totally fake. They make it look real by appending to the mostly fake email addresses names and addresses of real world people, I just have to assume they scanned in phone books using optical character recognition software to give an air of authenticity to the fake address list. They charged around 500 euros for this deliberately faked list and you cannot find any genuine real world existence for the people behind the site. This is a front for online criminals, do not do any business with them. The site operators will not challenge this characterisation.

DO NOT USE, is a pure CON, i have had over 80% of emails returned and false, waiting five days for a refund, still nothing.

Avoid at all costs, made up email addresses, they have 1324 email addresses for a company with only 13 employees.
